Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Razemo, published on Google Play by the Razemo developer.

1. Delete your data inside the app

Everything Razemo stores about you can be deleted from within the application. No account is required, and no request needs to be reviewed by anyone.

To delete your locally stored profile:

1. Open Razemo.
2. Open your profile from the main screen.
3. Tap Delete profile and confirm.

To delete analytics data collected on Android:

1. Open Razemo.
2. Open your profile from the main screen.
3. Tap Delete my analytics data and confirm.

The same screen contains an Anonymous analytics switch. Turning it off stops any further analytics collection and also deletes the identifier described below.

2. What is deleted

Deleting your profile permanently removes the following from your device:

• your display name or nickname;
• your selected avatar;
• your application settings, including the sound setting;
• the locally generated player identifier used to recognise your device inside a game room.

Deleting your analytics data removes:

• the pseudonymous application-instance identifier assigned to your installation of the app.

Once that identifier is deleted, usage events reported earlier from your device, such as room creation, game starts, and game completion, are no longer linked to your installation.

3. What is retained

Aggregated and anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked to an individual device or person may remain in the developer's analytics reports. These statistics contain only counts and totals, such as how many games were started.

Analytics collected through Google Analytics for Firebase is retained for a maximum of two months at the user level, after which it is deleted automatically by Google. Deleting your data through the app does not require you to wait for that period.

Razemo does not operate a user-account or game-data backend, so there is no server-side copy of your profile, your answers, or your game sessions to delete. Game-session information exchanged between nearby devices exists only for the duration of the session.

4. If you can no longer open the app

If you have already uninstalled Razemo, or cannot use the in-app controls for any reason, contact the developer at car.tools.apps@gmail.com with the subject Razemo data deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Uninstalling Razemo or clearing its application data also removes everything the app stored on your device.
