Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Decisions application. By using Decisions, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Decisions
Decisions is an entertainment application that gives a random YES or NO answer to a question you think of and keeps a local history of the answers you have received.
2. Random answers, not advice
Every answer in Decisions is generated at random. The answers do not take your situation into account and are not predictions, recommendations, or professional advice of any kind.
Do not use Decisions to make decisions about your health, safety, finances, legal matters, or other situations where a wrong choice could cause harm. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and their consequences.
3. Availability
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, added, or removed in future versions, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
4. Your data
Your decision history is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping it if you want to, for example through your device's backup settings. The developer cannot restore a history that was cleared, removed with the app's data, or lost when the app was uninstalled. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of Decisions or from decisions made based on its answers.
6. Intellectual property
Decisions and its original application content, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the application except where permitted by law.
7. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when the application changes. The current version will be published on this page.
8. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the Decisions developer at car.tools.apps@gmail.com or using the contact information provided on the application's Google Play or App Store listing.
